GIM charges lower application fee for early applications and higher application fees closer to the final deadline. If you make a smart choice, you pay roughly half of what you pay if you wait till the last day.
GAAT stands for GIM Analytics Aptitude Test. This test conducted by GIM is intended to assess a student's aptitude in the areas of Linear equations, Calculus, Matrices, Progressions, and Abstract Reasoning. The test is for a duration of 55 minutes with MCQs. The test does not have any strict sections based on the topics stated above. This aptitude test will be administered online. Every wrong answer will carry a negative mark. GAAT will be conducted on 31st January 2027.
Achiever's Round: Achiever's round is a profile-based short-listing of candidates based on their self-reported achievements in various fields such as academics, sports, co-curricular, professional experience, etc. Achievers Round is applicable to all programme (based on First Preference). The candidates for Achievers Round shall be shortlisted without CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores. These exams scores will be incorporated later. An offer for spot Admission shall be given to select set of candidates, others will be considered for admission along with regular applicants. Candidates successful in the Achiever’s Round are eligible for scholarships. Achiever's interviews will be conducted in various cities: Delhi, Kolkata and Goa.
Programme-Specific Achievements: Graduates from select institutes; MBBS, Biotechnology, BPharm., BDS and life science from select institutes; CA (Member), CS (Member), CMA (Member), CFA (US) (All 3 levels passed – Charter received or awaited), ACCA (Member), CIMA (Member), CPA (US) (Member), FRM (GARP)(Both levels passed – Charter received or awaited) holders and B.E. or B.Tech. or B.Com. or B.A. Economics (Hons.) or B.Sc. Economics (Hons.) from select institutes; and graduates with at least 24 months of full-time work experience in specific companies are invited to the Achiever's Round based on their first preferred programme.
Achievers round is applicable to all programmes based on the first preference.
EEach programme has specific achievements as below: - PGDM: Graduates from selected colleges or institutes with a minimum of 6 CGPA or 60% or equivalent, HCM: MBBS-Any Institute (India), Graduates of BDS, B.Pharm, Biotechnology and life science from selected Colleges/Institutes (Achieved 6 CGPA or 60 %), BDA: graduates with a minimum of 24 months of work experience at selected companies as of January 31, 2026. BIFS: Qualified CA, CS, CMA, CFA (US), ACCA, CIMA, CPA (US), FRM (GARP) and/or Graduates of B.com and B.A. Economics (Hons) from selected Colleges/Institutes (Achieved 6 CGPA or 60 %)
